The Best Kind of Family

<p>Walk with Brooklyn and her mom as they go about running errands one afternoon . Brooklyn notices that her family is different from those around her and her mom explains that families can have different origins and the family unit can grow or change. </p><p><br></p><p>Her own origin story is that of adoption while other children are conceived and born into their families. Some families have a single parent others have two parents of same gender or two parents of different genders. Still others have siblings while some don't. She comes to appreciate that though she loves <em>her</em> family each one is special in its own way and can evolve as we journey through life.</p>
