The Biblical Festivals

This colorful and informative book is a compact introduction to the major Biblical Festivals put forward in Leviticus together with several minor ones as well as a more extensive presentation of Passover. The first half of the compendium describes and follows the traditional Jewish calendar and descriptions in presenting the Biblical festivals outlined in Leviticus 23 and foreshadowed in other Scriptural passages. A contemporary Haggadah for celebrating the Passover Seder is included in the second half of the book which carries forward all the traditional elements in its outline components instructions and prayers. In addition and in harmony with the tradition of keeping our Haggadah fresh and relevant we have enhanced its timeless format with additional Scripture verses songs and other materials that support the underlying theme of Pesach.
