<p>The Black Hoodie is a story of Rongseng an imaginary village in Karbi Anglong district of Assam. This story unfolds through the politics corruption problems of insurgency inequality and the lives of poor people living in rural areas. The story primarily focuses on the Karbi Tribe which predominantly lives in the Karbi Anglong district. At present the district is divided into two parts: Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong district. The story also depicts the livelihoods culture and religious differences among the Karbi tribe.&nbsp;</p>
