<p>It is the thirteenth century and the Northern Crusades have begun. The Teutonic Order has been given orders to launch a crusade against the Prussian pagans and convert the land to Christianity. The Baltic tribes have a long battle ahead of them but they most certainly will not give up without a fight and are determined to defend their homeland. Friedrich von Rotenkreuz is a skilled Teutonic Knight who not only fights for God's will but for revenge on the pagans for breaking up his family and forcing him into slavery when he was young. Ever since the Teutonic Knights burned down his village Gailimantas a pagan Prussian has dedicated his life to driving out the German invaders and restoring peace to his people.
