The body image of active older people

I was interested in writing this work because I needed to understand the complexity of body image studies related to elderly Brazilians especially those who practice physical activity. I hope that this book can help you to change your perspectives on the elderly who are experiencing the ageing process and to gain an in-depth understanding of issues related to the body image of elderly people who practise physical activity at a Third Age Social Centre.
