Growing up in Washington D.C. Victor Bradford never knew his parents. He spent the first years of his life in an orphanage and then moved to a foster home. Bullied by his classmates and mistreated by his foster siblings he came to understand the meaning of evil. Transferred to a group home he knew he would quickly learn about life. Indeed he was introduced to cigarettes drugs alcohol and sex.
