He now aging leaves his wife with the wisdom and faith to carry on after he is gone. He tells a tale of unfathomable time and asks her to contemplate all the events which needed to coalesce so that they would be joined together for a lifetime. These events are captured for all eternity in The Book of Love.Each of the one-hundred-three-stanza two-line free-verse haiku is intended to gently toss a pebble into the pool of the reader’s mind.
