The Bookseller

Two wounded souls must learn to heal one another after being touched by the same tragedy. Jack MacDonald's life spirals out of control when his wife and daughter are killed in a fatal car crash. Unable to cope with the loss he surrenders to alcohol and loses his cushy job at a major publishing house. Forced by circumstance Jack tries to scratch out a living selling children's books door-to-door. When he loses his license to a DUI Jack must find someone to drive him to his nightly appointments. He hires Amanda an angry young girl who seems to have lost her way in life. When she makes a startling confession she and Jack are drawn into a relationship neither expects nor wants and takes them on on a journey of mutual self-discovery and spiritual growth; the outcome of which neither can be certain.
