And this title is about how to make the Super Power work for our success in life by optimizing relationships learning new skills acquiring leadership abilities decision making creating positive mindset and eliminating negativity achieving performance productivity creating a vision reaching our target goals and many more.  Brain is the operating head of our physical body functions. Our body is run by the brain. The brain gives orders issues instructions and sets guide lines through the network of nervous system using the neurons for messaging. Different body organs e.g. heart liver lungs gut kidneys etc. are assigned the various duties of food digestion blood circulation breathing waste disposal etc. They all follow the operating instructions given by the brain. The brain exercises control on the functioning of the organs. So brain is both the operating and controlling head of our physical body. A healthy brain ensures a healthy body.  Brain research studies the structure and function of human brains and the nervous system. Understanding the biological basis of learning memory behavior perception and consciousness is considered the ultimate challenge of behavioral brain research.
