Leti Molloy a 26 yr old artist was shot in the head execution style. Joe Rivas a special forces combat veteran and experienced homicide detective is assigned to the case a case with seemingly no motive and no leads. Joe also a local reluctantly teams up with Leti's mother and Oscar Oz Navarro Leti's godfather to solve her murder.
