The Bush Olympics and other stories

<p>In 2024 Brooklyn Poder entered the first Morisset Rotary School Writing Competition.</p><p>Her story caught the attention of one of the judges and she was invited to participate in a mentoring program sponsored by Kani Consultants.</p><p>In 2025 Sandra Joy and Linda Hutchinson met with Brooklyn for 90 minutes each month for six months and the three authors worked on Brooklyn's writing skills.</p><p>At the end of the mentorship Brooklyn said:</p><p>Now I want to teach my younger sister how to write because she's a great storyteller.</p><p>The three stories in this book are the competition entry and two written during the mentorship.</p><p></p>
