<p>For years after his wife's death Dan Nichols salesman pilot and father cruises through life on autopilot. Having sold his business at an early age he grows tired of doing nothing but play golf. When his good friend James Stump Reynolds an aircraft broker asks him to deliver an airplane to the owner of Intermont Mining and Supply Company in Anchorage Alaska Dan jumps at the chance for an adventure.</P>Soon after Dan arrives in Anchorage he meets Jessica Lane the beautiful vice president of Intermont.
