The Case of the Spoilsports.inspired by Sir Arthur Conan Doyles famous detective stories the cartoon explores the issues of doping in Sport from a new angle.The world famous pet detectives Rattus Holmes and Dr Felis Watson learn about UNESCOs role in anti doping and the importance of the International Convention against Doping in Sport whilst investigating the problem of doping in their local sport clubs. The story traces how two young athletes the twins John and Tim Long react differently to the pressures of competitive sport.
