The centre of education and leisure for children and youth

The present paper is devoted to organizing rest and recreation of children and youth. It analyzes the experience of specialized institutions in Europe and the USA. The research presents benchmarking of children''s centers of leisure and recreation in Russia and abroad. The authors designed a detailed project of children''s centre on the basis of the university. The paper also shows an efficient promotion campaign. The target of the publication is a mass. It can also be used as a manual for a start-up.
