The challenges of the Expertise Project in teachers' pedagogical practice

Teacher training is important to subsidise the work of teachers in class with the students of cycle I of the 1st 2nd and 3rd year in the age group of 6 to 8 years coming from popular classes with cultural diversities and diverse financial conditions. The students when they arrive at the 3rd year of cycle I need to be well prepared in their learning with a good development in reading text production and mathematics. Every month the students are evaluated but many times it does not depend only on the teacher but also need guidance from parents and coordination to develop interest in learning.
