The Chemical Weapons Convention Treaty

<p>The question for this research paper is: What is the future of the Chemical Weapons Convention? The approach will start with a history of the treaty to include the positives and negatives of the treaty and who ratified it and who didn't. Then it will switch to how the treaty is expected to be enforced and monitored. Finally it will look at the future of the treaty to see how non-state players like commercial enterprises or terrorist groups will play.
