<p>When the city of Boston MA experienced a natural gas leak that caused an explosion I explained to my older daughter that my first post-college job was working as a consultant to find such leaks before tragedy struck. Her terse reply stemmed from the thought of why did she never know this about me? Hence the idea for a memoir was launched. </p><p><br></p><p>This book describes the joys challenges and rewards that most career-oriented people face. Although from my point of view my career was a roller-coaster ride of thrills and surprises.
