<p>The Church That Heals is a book that is designed to provide strategy to Christians in contributing to the emotional safety of the church. The book is organized into three sections: connect serve and construct. The first section helps readers to go inward and challenge themselves to heal so that they may be able to connect to others in a safe way. The next sections gives readers strategies for how to serve in a way that is emotionally safe for themselves and others. Finally the construct section helps leaders to develop strategy for how to structure their ministry in a way that is conducive to policies and ways of operation that are safe. Within the book are also individual activities and introspective questions that will help every reader to implement the strategies into their lives and ministries.</p>
