This addendum to The Clean Power Plans Economic Impact shows detailed results for the 48 contiguousstates.For each state the findings present four different expenditure burdens: 1. The current average annual electricity costs relative to 2014 median household income (cost burden) byneighborhood (formally U.S. Census Tracts);2. The impact on the electricity cost burden by neighborhood if the Clean Power Plan (CPP) is implemented and consumers do not change their behavior;3. The impact on the electricity cost burden by neighborhood if the CPP is implemented and consumerseconomize on their consumption based on the estimated short-term behavioral responses; and4.
