The Color Blue of the Hermits Robe

Dossie starts trying to control their every move and befriends other women who support her bossiness. After she calls the sheriff on them Jim and Hector decide they have to leave. As natural hermits and wanderers they know they cannot survive being locked up or confined and must part ways to seek new paths. They flee leaving Dossie behind. This poignant story of a painful love parting is a tribute to life's call towards making a new destiny. It's a very direct story told by men with no frills but yet painfully shy and soft. It's a good read for women who want to understand men's emotional makeup better.</p>
