The Commute

Patricia Edith's extended poem takes us for a ride through the environment and the progress that threatens it; through suicide death family and love; through the actual but also the metaphorical commute we all make through our lives.</p>Patricia Edith's voice is clear and authentic retaining a thoughtful deliberate calm in the face of an unkempt riven landscape pressing in on all sides of this extended poem sequence.
