The Competition Bill

Countries in order to make the free market policy serve the national economy and its people effectively introduce laws that insure the efficient performance of the market. The competition law and consumer protection law are two such laws; they insure fair play for everybody in the market place. Without them the free market economy fails to serve its purpose. This book: ‘The Competition Bill for the Autonomous Kurdistan Region of Iraq’ is written to help administer free competition in the Kurdistan market.
