Weed scientists agronomists and farmers recognize that weeds are an important constraint in crop production. The mode of action or nuisance ranges from zero to infinity from destructive parasitic species or deadly species by their toxins to competitive species simply present and sharing. Faced with this situation and considering the extent of yield losses it becomes imperative to intensify and improve the means of weed control. This is the context of our work which consists in evaluating the yield losses in relation to two levels of weed infestation and in relation to different doses of nitrogen and water. For this study in the field and in a situation of bispecific competition (weed - crop) we used for the experimental protocol a plot naturally infested by weeds.
