The concept of legal action in Albanian Legislation

In all its existence the human society and the people with each other develop relationships between them. This is also supported by the laws of physics that say that bodies in nature always interact with one another. Just as it is now widely acknowledged that by their nature but not only people are free to decide themselves and choose their own what they find the right and the best for them. But on the other hand this discretion is limited only by the principles of justice and the interests of other persons but these necessarily legitimate possible and moral.
