The analysis of the victim''s conduct for the imputation of the crime is a relevant topic that seeks to bring new contours and answers to the classic Theory of Crime. Thus primarily the research aims to analyze some aspects of consensual self-placement and hetero-placement at risk as well as the institute of the offended party''s consent all read (and re-read) through the eyes of the Theory of Objective Imputation proposed by Claus Roxin. Even though it is in its infancy in Brazil the theme proposed here which has long been debated in comparative law aims to renew victim-dogmatic studies and above all to present a democratic vision of criminal imputation that can complement the multiple deficiencies that the (in)determination of causality entails.
