The Confluence of Racial Politics in America

<p><em>The Confluence of Racial Politics in America: Critical Writings</em> compiles articles written by Earnest N. Bracey Ph.D. that explore critical political issues facing African Americans past and present. Students learn about the history of racism in American and sustained transgressions against people of color. Bracey Ph.D.</strong> is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with over twenty years of active military service and a professor of political science and African American history at the College of Southern Nevada. He holds a Ph.D. in education from Capella University and a doctorate in public administration with emphasis in public policy from George Mason University. Dr. Bracey received a M.B.A. from California Coast University a master’s degree in international affairs from the Catholic University of America and a master’s degree in public administration from Golden Gate University.</p>
