The main area of focus in deliberations on financial participation is the range of problems referring to the functioning of enterprises and increasing their effectiveness. These problems highlight the need to search for mechanisms or methods that will guarantee that all employees aim at fulfilling the company’s goals and that there exists a common sense of responsibility and unity of interests. Financial participation programs contribute to achieving better financial and social results by a company.
