For years most underdeveloped countries have experienced very rapid population growth with direct repercussions on the economy. Several states have thus been confronted with serious difficulties in trying to satisfy the needs of their populations. Our country the DRC has not been spared from this situation where the government is faced with financial problems that do not allow it to pay its staff well. And to live the population is forced to resort to other sources of income case of the manufacture of cement blocks.
