The Council of the Gods

Based on Greek mythology this novel follows the adventures of Sofia a child goddess adopted by the Muses who's world is turned upside down when she finds out she is part mortal. This terrible knowledge sets her on a quest to discover her true origins. To achieve this she will have to elude the agents of Zeus and his Council--who are aghast to learn a mortal lives in their midst--and draw on an inner strength she did not know she possessed. She is not alone however. Thalia youngest of the Muses a blind centaur named Erieros and the ghost of the Greek warrior Achilles will help her in her quest. If they do not succeed a terrible fate awaits.
