THE COUNCILLOR'S AID is segmented into five broad parts namely: The Constitution and the Local Government Council; A General overview of the Nigerian Legislature; The Local Government Legislative Council; The Councillor and His Representative Mandate and finally The Councillor in the committee works. The treatment of each of the topic is quite deep educative and informative as they offer insight into the 1999 constitution viz-a-viz the functions of the Local Government.
