Webb is a retired Lutheran pastor and Chaplain Brigadier General (Retired) in the United States Air Force. He served congregations in Rhode Island Florida and South Carolina. He has earned degrees from Lenoir-Rhyne College (Hickory North Carolina) where he received a Doctor of Divinity degree in 2006 as well as Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary (Columbia South Carolina) where he received the J. Luther Mauney Leadership Award in 2004.
