The current quality approach to poverty eradication

The Quality Approach is considered as the best management system for people. The advantage of the approach is its positive character. Moreover it is a neutral doctrine free of any ideological color which is based on the collection of all the data of the problems the objective analysis of these last ones and the adoption of solutions by taking into account the opinions of the concerned. The Quality Approach opens the field of speech to those that the old system condemned to silence. The Quality Approach is in fact the modern expression of democracy. Thus we came up with the idea of writing this manual the objective of which is to present an overview of the problems of LDCs in an objective manner in order to pose them well and to leave to each person the choice of solutions adapted to his or her context. Indeed the book was designed to serve all LDCs without distinction so that they can find the remedies to their ills. It is an approach intended to give basic ideas to the conceptions of Society Project. It will be very comprehensive but it will be pragmatic.
