The current reality of inclusion law in schools

The research addresses Law No. 13.146 of 6 July 2015 which in its Chapter IV guarantees every person with special needs an education system at all levels and lifelong learning enabling cognitive social and cultural development respecting their limitations differences and meeting their needs. This research investigates the applicability of this law through a case study at the Getúlio Vargas State College in the city of São Borja.
