The Dancing Boy

<p>In early 1980s in a small dusty village in north Indian plains when a financially struggling family sends off their son to become a dancing boy in a traveling drama troupe little did they know how his simple life would be transformed under the weight of expectations from his new occupation. As he unwillingly adapts to the secretive rituals of the troupe his inner strength awakens to challenge the forever established norms. </p><p>The Dancing Boy is a journey of a boy as he navigates through a treacherous social and economic maze laid out for him in the guise of veiled traditions.</p><p> </p>
