The Darkness Within

<p>After surviving the death of my parents and being tortured at the hands of their murderers I have no interest in living life as the omega Mafia princess I am.</p><p><br></p><p>A future with anyone? <em>Not interested.</em> Mates and a fairytale pack life?<em> Pffft. That's only on the TV shows I'm addicted to.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>All I want is a home where my twin brother and I can live out our lives in peace.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>I'm pretty sure I have all of that after a successful morning of thieving on the New York City streets. It's straightforward-sell the expensive watch at the pawnshop and grab a cheap apartment.</p><p><br></p><p>But it all comes crashing down when the ex-Mafia prince turned billionaire businessman catches me stealing from him and blackmails me into being a thief for him. It's only one job one that I have no choice but to do. And then my brother and I are gone.</p><p>My plans go from bad to worse when I scent-match his pack. The temptation of these dangerous men wreaks havoc on my biology. I don't want them-okay maybe I do a little-but I don't need them. So I'll fight tooth and nail against the draw each of them has on me.</p><p><br></p><p>My goal is to finish the job unattached.
