<p>THE DEADLY PAY-OFF</p><p><br></p><p>Calahan sends a couple of his goons to pick up Tank Tabor for a little talk. Calahan the town boss has a proposition for him. If Tank can persuade his brother Bill to drop his investigation of Calahan they'll let Bill live. Tank is a gambler and he knows the odds aren't with him but he's got to try. Bill is too honest for his own good-he's going to bring Calahan down no matter what the threat.</p><p><br></p><p>But Calahan has a special plan in mind for Tank and not only has him thrown in jail for contributing to a minor but sets up Tank as a killer as well. Now it's just Tank his friend Jock and his lady-love Tess against all the cops and crooks in town. And the odds are definitely not in their favor.</p>
