The Denied Ones

The story of Jesse and her mother Jean. It begins in St Helena in the south Atlantic then the family move to England the land of opportunities. Jean has to find out the hard way about life there. Jesse is one of the results. Jesse is treated to a special upbringing in a manor house until Jean falls in love. This proves to be a disaster but Jean finally meets someone to share her life with. Jesse discovers she has two sisters witnesses a murder and supports her mother during a crisis. Jesse has several attempts to find true love.
