The Dialectic Constitution of Democracy

This book proposes a critical and transversal reflection on the challenges of constitutional democracy in times of hyperconnectivity. From a dialectical approach which considers tensions between law politics technology and globalization the author examines how the Information Age reconfigures forms of participation power and constitutional interpretation.
