The differential effects of economic crises on social inequality

This research aims to understand the relationship between economic crisis and social inequality so that informed actions can be formulated subsequently . From a multidimensional approach the author tries to unravel the complicated effects that an economic event as the economic crisis may have on the welfare of households and in general social inequality. Given the academic background of the author this research combined use of quantitative and qualitative methods in a search (always incomplete) of generality and depth at the same time.
