THE DIRECTOR'S LEADERSHIP AND THE INSTITUTIONAL CLIMATE

It will allow us to know the relationship of the leadership of the Directors and the Institutional climate that are relevant factors in the behavior of the teaching staff working in the different Private Educational Institutions which enhances aspects such as Identity with their Institution considering that there has been evidence of behaviors that reflect the lack of communication which seriously affects interpersonal relationships when performing group work causing a lack of commitment and identity in the workplace by a group of teachers who are dissatisfied which logically communication which seriously affects interpersonal relationships when doing group work causing a lack of commitment and identity in the workplace by a group of teachers who are dissatisfied which logically affects the working environment creating problems caused perhaps by a poorly exercised leadership by managers.
