Japan release).  Winckler has also authored several works of fiction including the western-horror novel <em>Demon Head of Tucson</em> and the humorous titles <em>The Double-D Avenger Meets the Horny Howlers</em> and <em>The Double-D Avenger and the Dirty Movie House Mystery</em> based on his cult film classic <em>The Double-D Avenger. </em> He currently resides on the east coast of the U.S. after spending most of his life in Southern California.</p>
