When it is efficient it limits disruptions and overstocking and encourages the profitability profitability which remains a sine qua non for the long-term survival of any business.Good drug management within a hospital is essential to ensure access to and availability of quality drugs for patients. and availability of quality medicines at affordable prices. Each stage of the cycle must be must be managed efficiently to provide high-quality pharmaceutical services patient safety.This is a retrospective analytical study covering the period from March 1 2022 to March 31 2023.Our results show that according to our hypotheses the majority of our respondents i.e. 17 agents (85%) considered the budget to be insufficient while 3 agents (15%) considered it to be sufficient. Tables VIII XI XII and XIII which present the favourable results demonstrate that the performance indicators and tools for procurement and stock management are regularly maintained as do the chi-square test results.
