After 1990 he became Economic Advisor with the French Ministry of Finance in the main challenging regions of the world: Eastern Europe Former USSR China and East Asia and lastly India and South Asia based in New Delhi till 2006. Boillot is also founder of the Euro-India Economic and Business Group (EIEBG) and member of various institutions dealing with India and Europe like AFUI the Euro-India Center and Confrontation Europe.
