The Effect of Government Spending on the Standard of Living in Nigeria

Despite the funds spent over the years in Nigeria by the previous governments and even the present government the standard of living of Nigerians has been on a constant decline. Several studies have been carried out in the aspect of the impact of government spending on growth in Nigeria and a few have worked on the impact of government spending on development also but this work differs being a disaggregated approach. This work provides greater insight into government spending and how it has affected the lives of Nigerians within the studied years. This work is highly recommended for academics and students.
