The effect of Motivation on the Productivity of Construction Engineers

How to motivate engineers working in a tough demanding and full of trouble industry such as the construction one? Is it all about salaries and promotion or there are other factors and methods for motivation? A question that is a subject of investigation for centuries and with a tricky different answers that are useful for specific country or mentality. Furthermore construction industry in developing countries still faces problems due to the lack of detailed and concrete regulation regarding the designing and building methods and technologies. This book offers a deep investigation on the factors affecting the motivation of engineers in Bosnia and Herzegovina Serbia and Montenegro. Few undiscovered ever before factors were found and analyzed in this study with a new developed model that defines a motivation method for different demographic profiles of engineers.
