The effect of the German refugee scholars on Turkish University Reform

This academic work discovers how the profound German scholars had to escape from Germany because of their politic or religious background and their significant contributions to the Turkish University Reform and the Modern Turkish Republic as a whole. Without the assistance of the German refugee scholars the new Turkish Government would not be able to carry out the University Reform and modernize its higher education institutions. Therefore I want to thank those German scholars many years after their passings because of their sincere and major efforts for the Turkish nation. I can receive a qualified legal education right now thanks to the generation of professors that were educated by the previous generation of professors and that previous generation was educated by the great German professors (e.g. Ernst Hirsch).
