The effectiveness of the right to education in a virtual modality

The book is developed based on the following question: Has the right to education in virtual mode in the Educational Unit Teodoro Gómez de la Torre in the year 2020 - 2021 been effective? Based on the results 72% of the students belong to the rural sector that is to say they belong to the different communities surrounding the city of Ibarra thus it is very difficult for these sectors to have a high spectrum of internet.
