The current position and policy of the company are analysed but also the pros and cons of corporate social responsibility (CSR) for Bellway Plc. Ethical principles theory and values can guide a company to approach moral decision making. So recommendations will be given to Bellway Plc on how responsible management approach to the issue which is investigated.
