About The Book

A wide body of literature has argued that police officers can be negatively affected by some of their job-related duties. This study explored the effects of investigating violent crime on the aggression levels of serving police officers. A self-reporting Buss Perry aggression questionnaire was used to capture aggression levels from police officers across two types of police departments. It comprises of serving male and female police officers from specialized departments of the Royal St. Lucian Police Force.
