The emergence of a new global system of international relations

This monograph is devoted to the current state of the system of international relations namely revealing the essence of the modern international environment helping in turn to understand the functioning of the system and its evolution; studying new trends characteristics of the transitional system of international relations and identifying factors and conditions for the multipolar model of the IL to prevail. A detailed review of the main models of the new MI system and the factors and conditions of the resumption of the multipolar MI system is given. The author uses the method of forecasting and proposes a package of reforms of transformation of the UN as a future World Government.
